Direct to Consumer Purchases: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
  • All returned direct to consumer items have a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

If refund is requested within 30 days of purchasing the product, please send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to info@bella2bello.com. 

 

WHOLESALE BULK ORDER REFUND POLICY: If the request is made within 30 days of the original purchase of the product,  a full refund can be made. Refund request can be made for any of these reasons within 30 days of purchasing the product (Don't like the color, changed your mind, product is damaged.....etc)

If the request is made 30 days after the purchase of the product, products can be exchanged for a product of equal value but no monetary refund will be given. Bella2Bello will also cover the cost of the return as well as the cost to FedEx or UPS the replacement units. 

All returned wholesale bulk items have a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. The 20% restocking fee is waived if the client is shipped a replacement item of equal value.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from www.bella2bello.com.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
